As of June 22, I’m proud to join The Montana Free Press’s board of directors. MTFP serves a vital purpose in today’s changing media landscape, especially here in Montana. Focusing on in-depth, independent investigative reporting, and led by award-winning reporter John S. Adams, MTFP aims “to uncover the truth and bring to light important news stories by studying arcane bureaucratic processes, seeking out dark corners of major institutions, digging deep into data and documents, and holding those in power accountable to the people.”
